Lucky Bingo Site

People often ask me are there any Lucky Bingo Sites? I base my answer to this question on personal experience, true stories from bingo playing friends and also from the bingo game operators themselves.
Let’s start with the operators themselves as this is where we see the most feedback in regards to winners. In the weekly emails you receive from bingo game sites you often get told of the latest winners.
I know there are some out there that don’t believe the bingo games sites in regards to their winners stories but I have been involved in the operation of several large on line bingo games sites and I know first hand that it would indeed be a very hard thing for an operator to fake.
Basically a site that is run well will make money over time only if they look after their player base… which means giving something back to the players in either winnings or bonus money or other promotions.
So you have to say that logically it’s in a bingo game operators interests to have happy winners who keep coming back to play.
You might now be saying “but I see the same winners win over and over again” well this is true it does seem to happen and I have seen it happen first hand.
The logical explanation lies in the numbers of bingo cards any one person is going to purchase. The more cards you buy the more likely you are to win a particular game. Simple!
I can also tell you first hand that there are some players who buy the maximum amount of cards every game and that some players have no shortage of cash to lose. I saw one bingo slots player spend over £400,000 over a three year period.
Of course then there is just plain old fashion luck!
Yes it does exist and I myself have had runs of winning where only purchased a few cards each game. I also have many on line friends who play bingo and they too have encountered the same winning or for that mater losing streaks.
This is what I like to do to get lucky before playing bingo. Before I go to a bingo site I visualize my card as coming up with the bingo. A bit like a positive thought.
If you think you will win the game and can visualize the winning numbers coming out then you are sending a positive vibe out that you will win the game.
Many of my online friends have funny rituals such as wearing a favorite pear of knickers or only drinking with their left hand while playing… along with lucky charms which is an entirely different article.
The visualizing works for me but for you it may be a waste of time.
One thing is for sure if you want to look at the sites where you have the best odds of winning choose as bingo room where there are not too many players in the one room but that still has a good pot size.

Price Is Right Bingo Jackpot Goes Off

Charity Bingo Games

So just who are the sites that offer bingo games where some of the proceeds will end up going to charity? After all if you are going to lose some money it might as well be with a site that gives something back.
First up there is Gala Bingo who raised money through its Comic Relief campaign with a target of £150,000. Gala raised this primarily through its online offerings but as a company they announced at its 2007 ceremony that staff and customers had raised more than £1 million for the cancer charity, Breakthrough Breast Cancer and £200,000 for the NSPCC.
Next up is Foxy Bingo who raised money for Vision Charity to benefit blind and visually impaired children and also children suffering from dyslexia. Katie Price is a Patron of the Vision Charity and its something she is really proud of. Katie also supports the Disability Trust though Foxy Bingo.
Every Monday between 8pm and 10pm Foxy Bingo will match 50% of all bingo cards purchased and donate it to the two charities that Katie supports, The Disability Trust and Vision.
Bingos.co.uk runs a charity night in which funds raised during the events 3 hours will go to one of the following charity institutions: Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, NSPCC, British Red Cross, Cancer Research.
I think these three operators should be commended for giving a little something back to the community and it offers players an opportunity to entertain themselves with the chance of winning but if they don’t win at Bingo at least someone wins.

St Minver Smoking Ban Report

UK facing online bingo provider St Minver recently conducted some interesting research into the effects of the smoking ban on bingo halls in the United Kingdom.
The report goes on to say how this will effect not only St Minver’s on line bingo operation but also the wide speed effects on the bingo industry as a whole.
Players to spend less time at bingo clubs following the smoking ban,
Bingo players have spoken out against the smoking ban in a survey by St Minver (UK).
* One in three bingo club players will play less often
* 63% of smokers will increase their spend online
* One in ten bingo club players will stop playing in the clubs
* 62% of bingo players are active smokers
One in three bingo club players will reduce their visits once the smoking ban is introduced, a new survey by St Minver reveals. The research involving over 3,000 bingo players confirms just how unhappy bingo players really are about the smoking ban and anticipates an exodus out of clubs to online bingo.
According to the research, it is more likely that the incredibly high amount of online bingo playing who smoke (62%) will stop playing in the clubs, with 33% of them saying they will play less often and 21% throwing away their membership. Only 14% of these smokers said that they will quit so they can continue playing.
Leigh Nissim, managing director of St Minver (UK) says, “From our research, it appears that land-based bingo clubs are likely to suffer in wake of the smoking ban. Not only do players disagree with the ban, but they’re less likely to visit clubs as a result. Clubs who haven’t yet launched their online site must do so quickly to protect their business and customer base.”
Smoke free bingo clubs will be more attractive for some players, in particular the elderly; this influx will not compensate the loss of old players.
There are an estimated 3 million regular bingo players[1] with a growing trend towards playing online. The survey found that players enjoy the flexibility that bingo brings to them. They are happy to stay at home carrying out a variety of tasks at the same time such as cleaning, watching TV and also smoking whilst playing. They feel that the online community helps bring an additional social element that they do not get at a club.
