Chat Master or Chat Host Role

The role of a Chat Master/Host is to maintain a friendly welcoming room to inform players about up and coming promotions and competitions at the site they are playing.
The Chat Host would be responsible for organizing chat games and awarding chat prizes to the chat game winners.
Another aspect of the role of a chat master/host is to assist players with any queries they may have about the site they are playing and any chat games played.
Chat Masters/Hosts are also there for player protection keeping a watchful eye on chat conversations’ ensuring no unnecessary content is posted in the chat rooms.
Chat masters/hosts will have the initials CM/CH before there ID name and their font type will usually be in a bolder text or color.
Chat Masters/Hosts are positive, enthusiastic friendly people who maintain a friendly positive environment for you to enjoy your gaming experience.
The more serious aspects of this role are to monitor rooms for Spam, unlawful advertising and any form of abusive language.
The chat master/host will have the ability to remove constant offenders of any violations.
Usually the Chat Master/Host would request politely that offenders cease what they are doing but if the offender continues to annoy, harass or upset other players they would be removed from chat by said Chat Master/host.
Remember to be nice and make it enjoyable for other to participate in on line bingo games in the UK.

Hi, I enjoyed reading about the role of a chat master/host. I think they do a great job and i have had many a laugh in chat. Their job can be difficult at times but on the whole you can have a great time chatting to cm’s in chat, and winning tps on the chat games are an added bonus. Online bingo just would not be the same without cm’s, I have found that if their is a room without a cm in their are a lot less people playing in that room than a room that has got a cm in.
