Bullet Business Bingo Conference – Takeaways For Players

We attended the Bullet Business Online Bingo Conference in London last week as part of our efforts to find out what was going on in the industry here in the UK from an online bingo players perspective. As a result, we spoke with most of the major online bingo operators in the UK and found out many of their plans going ahead in terms of their online bingo software and big promotions coming up – and let me tell you, there is lots of very exciting things on the horizon.

It’s truly a case of the big operators getting bigger with some massive plans and lots of money spent on development of new games and new promotions. Starting off with Mecca Bingo and they are planning big linked jackpots between their bingo site and offline bingo halls. The talk was that this could rival the Gala Bingo Kerchingo promotion that was run earlier this year where they gave away 1 million. It’s going to be very interesting to see how Mecca Bingo goes with this plan. It’s widely known that they are now as big as GalaBingo, but we have no doubt they can pull it off. We’re not sure of the exact specifics of the promotion, but it should be big and go off with lots of fanfare!

Next up, we have some very exciting news from an exclusive online operator (and one of the biggest), JackpotJoy.com. We have heard some very good comments about the JackpotJoy Price Is Right bingo game, which combines the excitement of 75 ball bingo with fun bonus games (based on the gameshow of the same name) which are played between each bingo game. If you haven’t played it yet, you should get over to JackpotJoy and do yourself a favour.

Well, it’s no secret that the biggest downfall of the JackpotJoy games offerings is that they don’t offer 90 Ball bingo, which has puzzled many players because they are primarily a UK operator and don’t support the most common version of the national game. All of that is going to change very soon, with a brand new 90 ball bingo version out there. We managed to see a sneak peak of the JackpotJoy 90 Ball Bingo and really have to say, it’s excellent. No date has been given for the launch, but it should be within a couple of months. After that, watch out for another gameshow version of bingo – which is sounding very cool.

Following on from the gameshow theme is Ladbrokes Bingo, which is very soon launching Who Wants to be a Millionaire Bingo. The game sounds fun and will combine the excitement of the gameshow into bonus rounds between bingo games. It seems this type of bingo game will start to be common now. Watch out for the launch of this one very soon.

Other operators to watch out for include Party Bingo, William Hill Bingo and Foxy Bingo – with big budgets and big plans.

All in all, there seems to be many new operators entering the market or planning on entering the market. With the UK Governments recent law relaxation in terms of online gambling this was to be expected, but noone could have predicted how much money will be going into the industry over the next few years. All of this can only mean good things for the players – with all of these operators competing for your play. Overall, expect bigger promotions, bigger pots and bigger jackpots. Also expect to see a lot more advertising on TV and in print.

Also, a lot of operators were making big advances in chat – making more fun chat games and much more. It’s an exciting time for bingo players!

   Wow, this like it is going to be a great time for online Bingo, with all these new and exciting things in the pipeline by some of the major online sites out their. Online Bingo has changed so much since I first started to play it, which is about three years now, there is just so much more choice on where to play and the graphics and software that is now used is just fantastic, and the online gaming experience is just brill. I always used to go to land line Bingo, but I have not been for about 6 months now, I just find online Bingo so much more convenient to play and you also have the chance of winning some amazing Jackpots, all from the comfort of my own home, which is great. Thanks Bingoport for giving me all this new information on some of the plans for online Bingo, by some of the great sites that I play at.
