Costa Bingo Launches New Television Advertisement

Costa Bingo may be of the newest bingo websites, having been launched only in June 2009, but they are already creating waves in the bingo-playing world. Their latest offering to bingo fans is the launch of their new television advertisement that is guaranteed to bring in more members. The advertisement will feature the Costa Bingo’s beloved mascot – Mr. Sunny.

This is the same software that is used by 888Ladies, Foxy Bingo, Think Bingo, Posh Bingo and Cheeky Bingo. Costa Bingo has now expanded to include over 15 rooms and a number of instant games. Like all these websites, there has been a lot of effort put into the marketing campaign, and the television advertisement is a result of these efforts. Some of their other marketing campaigns include a promotion that offers players a chance to play free bingo games with real cash prizes that are available around the clock.

The television advertisement for Costa Bingo is their latest marketing venture. This advertisement is animated, and it features their mascot Mr. Sunny who is dancing across the screen. In the background is a beautiful sandy beach with calm ocean water under a clear blue sky. Although Mr. Sunny is animated, the background scenery appears to be real, and the sounds of the ocean feature in the advertisement. Mr. Sunny dances across this background saying “Play Bingo for Free and win real cash at costabingo.com. Free Bingo 24/7. That’s Massive!” before fading into the background, and then the words “Costa Bingo.com, Play for Free, Win Real Cash” flashes on the screen. The whole advertisement lasts for a total of 10 seconds.

Critics claim that this advertisement is not as irritating as advertisements for other websites. They also say the Costa Bingo manages to get the message across, however it tends to get a little repetitive. There have also been opinions stating that there should have been some mention of the other offers at Costa Bingo like their VIP scheme or the guaranteed jackpots that they offer.

This advertisement is airing on several television channels across the UK. It is featured during advertising breaks in a number of popular television shows. Some shows during which viewers can watch the Costa Bingo advertisement are Jeremy Kyle, Coronation Street, Jerry Springer, Casualty, The Bill and This Morning.
