Caz i asked to have my points redeemed to desperate houswives bingo they have been! I have registered with them and my account has been validated but it wont let me log in to play, what can i do about this?

hi kaz my question is a lot of my games have frozen tonight so what happens to my pps i never seem to get my points back even though i dont get a game with them

A: Im sorry we have been experiencing some problems lately, points are not returned when this happens, this is a free bingo game and points are easily gotten back by posting on the forum, we do try by offering extra points when things have been particularly bad.........i.e.the 500 points everyone received the other day, as a small thank you to you all for being so patient with us while we solved the problem :)

hi kas i hate complaining but i have just got to say that tonight i was in seventh heaven at around 21.34 -40 and just as i won 1000 the sys crashed and it wasnt credited to account i got booted along side everyone else!! ok it took about 5 or so minutes to get back in this time i went into buttons den as i entered 2 numbers was called an i won 1100 this time it was credited and then it kept frezing you came in to say that you was closing the two new rooms and just as said this i won again on no 4 this time 969pps at 9.50 and i got booted again an account wasnt credited......so out of three wins i have only been credited once and i have been playing all nite and losing aswell...lol...thought you should tell you and see if anything could be worked out ..thanks kazxxx

cazza hun i won loads aswell then it crashed and wasn't credited and after talking to people we all won and it was for the same amounts hun i think it was telling us we all won when we crashed i as in that room aswell hun
