hi kaz hun just to ask i spun the wheel on 29th may at 00 10 and got 2000 first then got 100 then got 300 but only 400 went on i was very excited as never got more than 1000 before so was very happy when i got 2000 first spin now im a little upset is there anything u can do hun plz ty hun and by the way u doing a great job xxxx

Well it looks to me like you hadnt left 24 hours between yesterdays spin and todays spin, so im quite surprised it even allowed you to spin it at all!

it always let u spin after 12 midnight as its a different day so r u saying that i wont get the 2000 pps that i got im a bit upset by this if thats the case as i got them sorry to be a pain kaz but if the wheel lets u spin then u should get all pps won

Im sorry becs but the rules next to the wheel clearly state:-

" If you have under 200 PortPoints, you can have up to 3 spins on the Wicked Wheel. You can play it just once every 24 hour period. "

The wheel is after all just an extra fun way of getting points, it hasnt always been there, the best way to earn points has always been to post on the forum

Witchy, im not too sure about this, as i only play the flashplayer version i have never used the download version, you should have received an email from them when you signed up, you have to click on the link in the email to get your £21 if i remember correctly.  Check you junk mail for the email, but their support should be able to help you.

As for your points, they will be on tonight, sorry for the delay xxx

Hi Annette, looking at your account...... did you leave a full 24 hours between your spins, its not that you can just spin it after midnight as some people think, you have to wait the full 24 hours
