i did that the very first time i tryed to reedem and i emailed kaz and got my points redeemed that time... but the wrong name keeps coming back up when i tryed to redeem again.. guess im going to have to email kaz again..

can you not ask about this in the chat room and see if anyone knows what to do? i have never had enough points to change them over so i havent a clue.

i think the best thing you can do when you make aq mistake is email kaz as she sorts the redeems

sorry hero hun not sure on this one as foxy asks for card details on sign up and desperate wives will ask for them b4 they will pay out any winnings but u can play without having to put ur card details in if i remember correctly.
