This can be a nightmare to sort out as they can assume (wrongly) you are pulling some sort of fraud & won't pay it into a different account or card than you deposited on. It is not just Moon bingo, a lot of sites have a similar rule but if you can prove it did not go into the old account & can prove the new account is yours they should cough up.

Ohoh, sounds like lessons to be learned all round, but we all change our cards or bank details from time to time.  Glad you eventually got sorted out, suziejet.

Hi Suzie, what an ordeal you've had. i'm so glad you've finally got your winnings. it's got me thinking,as when i joined moon i paid my first £10 deposit with a credit card….not realising i would pay a £3 charge. i won £45 but couldn't withdraw as i had to deposit a minimum £20, so made a second £10 deposit with a debit card. I then withdrew, and assumed the winnings would go to the debit card account but it didn't. Part went to each bank, which actually did me a favour as i also had a refund for the £3 charge.

it all seems so confusing…why can't you just tick a box stating how you want payment?

you should email their promotions team hun. I've always found them to be really good at sorting this type of issue out. promotions@moonbingo.co.uk i think (or .com, can't remember-maybe email both?)
