   i was a member of cyber for many years but new site is rubbish after winning 57pounds next day is was out my account after e mail them they told me it was a error i had not won but i did they gave me 5 pounds as it was a technical fault will never deposit there again bring back old cyber

This WAS one of the best sites. with fair bonuses, but not any more. I used to deposit £20 which I used for prepaid games. The Bonus was immediately available to play with. Then they changed the bonus system. It is impossible for anyone to claim all the bonuses earned. If you deposit £20 you have to pay in £120 to retrieve the first bonus. Meanwhile you have earned another 5 bonuses, each of which also requires a £120 spend to get back and each of these bonuses also requires £120 spend ad infinitum.If you have a win and withdraw you lose ALL accrued bonuses. I was explaining on the chat forum how you could never claim all your bonus money any more, [I had been asked to explain my reasoning] and the CH cut me off and barred me. The bonus is a con now. They also have added tacky jangling music. Ugh!!! The weekly £250 and £500 games have been dropped too. It is also off line at the moment. I have noticed the number of players has decreased.

Well I won £350 last week I tried to withdraw it and have had no luck. I have been emailing support, accounts and even the manager since Monday and have had no responce. This is a nice site. The only problem is you can only play in one room and unless u deposit you cant chat. But they give you £20 to get a feel of the place and i think be quite fun in the other rooms. I'm up to over £150 in winnings so far from my intial free money. Although i cant withdraw it i can play for a long while on it!!!
