1. PortPoint Redemptions (top)
Q. What are PortPoints?
A. PortPoints are part of a point allocation system rewarding BingoPort.co.uk members for participation
Q. How do I collect PortPoints?
A. There are number of ways to collect PortPoints. These include:
- Posting in the forum = 100 PortPoints
- Posting comments on articles = 100 PortPoints
- Playing the PortPoints Wicked Wheel = various
- Submission of a bingo related article that is published = 1,500 PortPoints
- Participating in various BingoPort Promotions = various
- Referral of a friend = 1500 PortPoints
- Validating your e-mail and Mobile number = 500 each (one off)

Q. How do I redeem?
A.We’re always adding new and exciting items into our redemption store. To view the items currently available, register or log in and proceed to our free bingo game, where you’ll find all redeemable items under the REDEEM tab. Items start from as little as 1,000 Port Points and include Virtual Badges, Bingo Bonus Cash, Sweepstakes Entries and Amazon Vouchers.
Q. I have entered the wrong username into Foxy/Cheeky/Bingo Cafe redemption form. How can I change it?
A. You can edit your bingo site usernames in the Online Bingo Membeship section of your Bingoport profile page.
Q. How often are redemptions processed?
A. Many redemption items are processed and available immediately, except for Bingo Bonus Cash and Amazon Vouchers, which are processed weekly on a Thursday. Anything redeemed by 10pm Wednesday will be processed the next day. If you redeem after 10pm Wednesday, you redemption will be processed the following Thursday.
Q. Why have I not received my Amazon Voucher?
A. Please check it hasn’t gone to your spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, please email redeem@bingoport.co.uk with your username and we will re-send it.
Q. Why is my redemption still pending after Thursday and i haven’t received my cash site bingo points or Amazon Voucher?
A. This means either we have a problem with your account or you haven’t met the terms of redemption. To make a redemption you must play your points. We do not allow members to just post on the forum and use points for redemption. Points made from posting are to be played and points won redeemed. If you have done this and still have a redemption pending and dont understand why please email redeem@bingoport.co.uk with your username and we will look into it for you.
Q. I have redeemed my PortPoints for the wrong item. Can I change this?
A. Unfortunately not.
Q. The money isn’t in my Foxy account but has gone from my BingoPort account.
A. Please go to your account at Foxy Bingo and click ‘Redeem Points’.
Q. Is there a limit to the amount of PortPoints I can redeem in one go?
A. No. There is no limit to the amount of PortPoints you can redeem.
2. Confirming My User Details (top)
Q. Why do I need to confirm my e-mail and mobile number with BingoPort.co.uk?
A.To improve the quality of BingoPort.co.uk’ s free bingo redemption system. BingoPort.co.uk wants to provide the BingoPort community with an increasing number of free redemption items for playing free bingo. By minimising abuse of this free system we are able to provide the BingoPort community with greater opportunities. Please note that only one account per personal computer is permitted.
Q. How do I validate my e-mail address
A.
- Simply click the ‘your profile’ button next to your avatar at the top of the screen
- At the top of your profile page, click the link to verify your email address
- Immediately an e-mail will be sent to this address. Please check your e-mail account.
- Simply follow the link in the e-mail and you are validated. Easy!
Q. How do I validate my mobile phone number
A.
- Simply click the ‘your profile’ button next to your avatar at the top of the screen
- At the top of your profile page, click the link to verify your mobile number
- Enter your details as requested and request a text to be sent to your phone.
- Immediately you will be sent an sms. Enter this code in the appropriate field on your computer
- You are validated. Easy!
Q. I have not received the e-mail to validate my e-mail address ?
A. Please check that your member profile is up-to-date with you current e-mail address. You can access your User information by clicking your avatar at the top of BingoPort.
If your address is correct, please check that the validation e-mail was not filtered out as spam by your e-mail provider. Be sure to check your spam folder and/or junk folder.
Q. Is it compulsory to confirm my e-mail and mobile number?
A. No. You will still have the same access to the free BingoPort game. We highly recommend that you do confirm your details to ensure all members of your household have the same opportunities to easily access BingoPort and enjoy our free service. You will also need to confirm your details if you wish to redeem for free bingo cash and vouchers. You may be asked to reconfirm these details from time to time.
Q.What if there is more than one person that plays at Bingoport.co.uk in my household
A. With the increased accessibility of BingoPort.co.uk for members it is now possible for households with multiple family members to all set up their own BingoPort accounts. For this to be possible, each member who sets up their account must be using their own pc/laptop (sharing is not allowed) they must verify their mobile and e-mail address to allow other members in your household to register. If your details are not confirmed, other members within your house will be faced with the standard user access restrictions. Click here for how to confirm your user details.
3. BingoPort Avatars (top)
Q. What is an avatar?
A. A graphical representation of a person in a chat room.
Q. How do I get an avatar?
A. Once you have made at least 5 posts on the forum you can request an avatar from your profile.
Q. How long will it take for my avatar to arrive?
A. Normally these are processed within 2 days. However, please allow up to 2 weeks in busy periods.
Q. Can I apply my own avatar?
A. Yes you can. Please ensure the image is appropriate, anything BingoPort considers offensive will be removed.
Q. When applying my own avatar, why will it not work?
A. Please make sure it is no larger than 80pixels x 80pixels
4. BingoPort Forum (top)
Q. I have posted on the forum and not received any PortPoints.
A. Please make sure your posts are substantial and under the correct topic headings. Posts of only one or two words may not register for points. Also please note, anything posted under ‘Free For All’ will not receive points, as this is for non-bingo related subjects.
Q. How do I reply to a post?
A. Open the post you wish to reply to, either press ‘reply to post’ or read through the whole thread and there is a box at the bottom of the thread, type your reply and press SEND.
Q. How can I edit my posts?
A. When you have made a post you can go back into it. Under your name on your posts is an ‘edit button’, click this button.
Q. How do I read other users profiles?
A. Find their name on a post and click onto it. You will then be taken to their profile.
5. Free Bingo Game (top)
Q. How long does it take to get tourney and cg points?
A. Tourney points are applied immediately, chat game points are applied at the end of the duty CM’s shift.
Q. What is winning by proxy?
A. This means that a member has bought tickets then left the room.
6. Wicked Wheel (top)
Q. Why did I not receive all my PortPoints from the wheel?
A. Please make sure you allow the wheel time to load the page correctly. If you spin the wheel before the page is fully loaded it will not work. Also please make sure you have left the slots or bingo game before you spin the wheel.
Q. Why can’t I spin the wheel?
A. You may only spin the wheel when you have less than 200 PortPoints and do not have any points waiting in redemption. You must also wait 24 hours between wheel spins.
7. Refer A Friend (top)
Q. How do I refer a friend?
A. We have a ‘refer a friend link’ on the home page. There is also a link in your profile that you can email to your friends.
Q. How long does it take to receive my bonus points from referring a Friend to join BingoPort.
A. Points are awarded automatically when your friends have turned over 750 PortPoints in bingo or on the forum (Slots are not included).
Q. How many times can you recommend a friend?
A. You can recommend as many friends as you like, there is no limit. However, you will only be allocated bonus PortPoints once per friend.
