    Site was easy to use, and enjoyed the bingo but withdrawing money is a nightmare. Have emailed id for security check numerous times but they dont receive it due to problems their end so have to post it in! They have a problem and appologise but it a nightmare and still not sorted after 2 weeks.

I found this hard to navigate but perhaps its just me. i get frustrated when things arent easily viewable etc. I found the chat a bit clicnhy too whic is a big negative point for me. Good CM's seem able to dispel that sort of chat so people arent left outin the cold. Won't be revisiting.

i had a lot of problems with this site when i was depositing and not winning they were quite happy to keep taking my money but the minute i won and tried to withdraw they wanted me to send them all sorts of proof of id took weeks to get my money very dodgy site!

i just joined jackpotcity, its very hard 2 win anything as all the games in the main room are linked to loads of virtue fusion sites, so its all pretty much the same as mecca, ladbrokes, becareful of the ukash offer as i joined this way thinking that my £10 ukash would get me £30 bonus, but was told by one of the cms that the offer is deposit £10 and they double it, i know it says on the home page deposit £10 get £20, but what that means is u get £20 including your £10, using ukash you get £20 bonus, a lot of people rave about this site, having tried it i dont know why, id rate this site at 6 / 10, ive played worse but for me the biggest let down is with all the linked games just how many sites are u playing against.
