To join in with the chat games on the think bingo site you must have made a deposit of at least 10 pounds first. There is a chat moderator in each of the bingo rooms these are the people that run the chat games.

In response to kitten84, the free £5 is usually on condition of a deposit, if you had an offer saying that you got £5 without a deposit then tell the Help room or email support. I am sorry you ran into someone who you thought was rude, all the CM’s try to be helpful and courteous to everyone (except bingoboppy who I boot without question
