The basic information isn't that good. I was given £25 to play with and quickly added a further £5 just by filling in my profile. What they don't say very clearly is that this is just bonus money and that until you make a deposit you can only win bonus money. That includes the jackpot too. Imagine winning a jackpot of £400 and realising you cannot cash it out? I asked what the score was and was told that once I make a deposit my winnings after that point would go to my cash balance. They do not have any wagering requirements and the only drawbacks I could find were that there is a minimum of £50 withdrawal and if you do not deposit for 45 days you go back to being a non cash player. After my original £30 bonus money had gone I tried a £10 deposit. I was given an extra £30 bonus and out of the £40 I managed to win £11.46 and £23.18 in the same game. £34.64 showed as my cash balance. I was given a tip that I will pass on. You do not have to win £50 to be able to cash out. You have to have £50 cash balance. There is a difference. What I did then was to deposit £20. I got another £10 bonus for that. I could then withdraw all £54.64 of my cash balance. I was £24.64 up on my deposit so I was happy. Until I saw that all my bonus had gone. I had a zero balance. I asked the live helpdesk and they explained that a withdrawal will result in losing any active bonus, but I would receive bonus on my next deposit. Losing the bonus was a negative as there was no warning about that. Maybe I should read the site rules in future. My winnings were in my bank account within a week and that seems about right to me. There are lots of different rooms to play in, some 90 ball and some 75 ball with patterns. The chat hosts are quite friendly and you can win extra bonus money in chat games, if you are a quick typist as it seems to be first to answer most of the time. While I was playing there were some idiots who started to swear at other players, the chat host warned them and eventually the offenders were removed. This seems to happen often and other players say it is someone who lost money playing bingo and said it was a fix so they were banned and they keep coming back to cause trouble. As with any site I have ever played on, there are those who complain because they are not winning anything. They cannot see that in a room of 75 players there can only be 3 winners. It is gambling after all. The odds there were 25-1 that they might win, they didn't, they moaned, a lot. I like it at Rogers and there is a lot more to take part in like a whole bunch of groups to join, a bit like FB, where you can message with other players outside of bingo. Sometime the games seem slow and the balls stick but that's not noticeable when you are playing a chat game or something at the same time. It's auto mark, auto claim so you can almost forget the bingo once you have bought your cards. There is no pre buy or auto buy though, just the next game. i would not recomend this site it takes forever to claim any winnings and when you do win you can only cash it out if its 50pounds or more that you have won
