   i like this site too as deposited £10 but didnt win anything then i played with the £25 free money they gave me (I had to ask live help for this as i had messed the form up when I tried to deposit before.    I quite like this site because the bonus for a 1st timer is very good and it's easy to withdraw your winnings from your bonus money (as long as it's over £5). I didn't like that the same people kept winning over and over again including 1 member who kept winning in the same rooms I went to, including a whole game to himself and then some more big wins to himself. Because even though I maxed out on tickets too, I only won once on a line for a tiny amount. And I spent £30 and didn't win anything else even though I had maxed out most of the time. The rooms are quite expensive and you don't get as many as some places and there are wayyyyy too many people playing at any one time. I found it very difficult to win. The live chat were very helpful though.

   i like this site its very nicelylaid out and its easy to find everthing the promotion is good that u can deposit and spend through your £5 and then you get £25 to play with. they also have 2 hoiurs of free bingo a day first game is 1-2 pm and second game is 10-11 pm, i won my first free game playing the 10 - 11 pm game i won 7.50 not bad for a free game lol. After making another deposit on there i must say thier customer services are 100% brilliant! I didnt get my bonus so i sent them a message and within 3 minutes i had a reply to say it was in my account, cant fault them xx

i had this problem 2 and i rang them spent ages on the phone and had a bit of a go at them i said it was ridiculous that u had 2 give your passport number and after quite a bit of arguing they said they could check on the registar list that i am over 18 that was the problem and when they did that the money went in my account

and what's more, you do not qualify for your ongoing 50% reload until you have reached your min withdrawal requirements. i am very unhappy with bet365 as are many others. they should send out customer satisfaction surveys and get their act together. until that happens, i shall not be re-visitig them!

bet 365. what a rip off! i'm sick of being bound by min stake /withdrawal requirements. what's more, you only have 30 days to reach it. i deposited £13 and have to spend £117 within 30 days! it's not only 365 though, many sites do it and it's not fair. they should only take back their BB's. it's not like they can't afford it. what's more, i pre-bought in 365 and then spent my last remaining pennies in the mini games and was then refused access to my pre-bought games! also, now my balance is zero, i cannot play any of the free games. the sites which give very little by way of bonuses are the only one's being true to their players, they give very little but more importantly, they take very little away from us.

Well i entered my card details without depositing, just as i have written and i got my £10, there was deffinately a click here to register without depositing button last night, right at the bottom of the page, i filled in my card details, left the amount blank, and left the passport bit blank and right at the bottom was the click here without having to make a deposit button. LOL Granted a very long and drawn out procedure to get a free tenner, but they had an hour of free games on tonight and again on thursday with guaranteed £25 pots, and not many in the rooms so a good chance of winning something for nothing. Also they had 5p bogof games after that for an hour, CM was friendly and so were other members. Once you get over the process of getting your free £10 its not a bad site.

Hi Kaz. I have been through it word for word as you said twice and there isn't a button in red to click for verification without depositing. You can register the card, but unless you deposit, enter your passport details or wait for a verification code to come out to you in the post you cannot get the free bonus. They confirmed in an email to me today that you won't get the bonus unless you deposit or enter passport details. Cathy x

Yes it will allow you to enter your card details without depositing, you do as i said earlier, enter your card number, expiry date and verification code, leave the amount blank go down the page and in RED it says click here to to verify without depositing. Then go into members, click on bingo offers then enter bingo code, then put the code you received on your email, if you didnt get the email you can press on offers available then click on resend offer code.

Just to update - I registered a card, but it won't allow to register a card without funding and there is no other way of getting the 10 free unless you give your passport details. This one is off the list for me now and I have requested they remove my details. xx

Hi You wont need your passport details if you put in your card details, its because they dont have anyway of verifiying you are who you say you are and you are over 18 unless they get your card details, so if they dont have those they ask to see your passport. You will be fine once your card details are entered xxx

Hi Kaz I had an email back from them asking for me to go and input my Passport details. Only then would I get the bonus. I'm not doing that. I may go in and try what you said a little later on and see if it works, but I agree with you Jennie. Passport details a big no no from me - regardless if I can understand their reasoning why or not (supposed bonus abuse). Will let you know if I get any further :) Cathy xxx

Lots of problems trying to claim free ten pound so went on to live chat to see if they could help and they was asking for my passport details to verify my age (erm.... i dont think so lol) never known that before when joining a bingo site!!!!!

Winalittle, You have to give them your card details or you dont get the bonus. Go into your account and click on deposit, you can fill in your details, leave the amount bit blank, then go to the bottom of the page and it says click here to verify your account without depositing. Then go into members, click on bingo offers then enter bingo code, then put the code you received on your email, if you didnt get the email you can press on offers available then click on resend offer code. I have just joined this site and immediately am having problems. No free tenner - wants a deposit first. Have emailed in as on the front page it clearly states £10 Free - no deposit required. Will post the outcome when I get a reply! Shame it couldn't just be a simple process though!
