Mecca Bingo Review Intro
Mecca Bingo is the glitz and glam home of online bingo. The site boasts a huge variety of exciting bingo, slot and jackpot games, including classics like Fluffy Favourites, roulette, and Age of the Gods. We’ve seen the adverts on TV (who hasn’t?) and were incredibly eager to give this bingo giant a try!
Busy bees of bingo, relax; you can play on your PC, but the Mecca mobile product is a godsend to those with a hectic schedule. All you need is an internet connection, and you can play on your tablet or mobile on the Mecca Bingo app or the website.
There are regular promos and bonuses available for Mecca Players, which we love to see. Some are for a limited time only; when we played, there was a Loose Women prize wheel that expired at the end of the month. There are also plenty of longer-term promotions like the £200K Giveaway, and daily offers which are always available, though the actual offer might change each day.
Mecca Bingo is fantastic because it combines the community of real bingo halls with the ease of online bingo. It’s such a huge brand, players can enjoy a real big-name feel here; nothing feels cheaply done or rushed.
BingoPort Top Tip: A big site name means big prizes; check out the massive bingo jackpots up for grabs over the weekend in the Gold Bingo room!

Mecca Bingo Welcome Bonus Our Verdict
The Mecca Bingo Welcome Bonus is super rewarding with a welcome offer value of up to £120 and greater still it comes with no wagering. It gives new players the opportunity to play with less risk than normal and enjoy what's on offer before spending too much of your own cash. If you love a cheeky little gamble, a risky thrill, this is the offer for you! You spin a wheel and get the chance to improve your bonus.
The Mecca prize wheel adds an element of excitement to the offer, instead of a typical ‘deposit X, get Y’ style promotion, so your bonus is determined by the spin of the wheel. There's a top prize of £120 of bonus, which is a phenomenal promotion considering the minimum deposit to spin the wheel is just £10!
We think this is a really funky addition to what is a pretty standard process now of joining an online bingo site and getting a bonus. It means you're thrust into the excitement of punting for a bigger prizes as soon as you kick off your membership and deposit into your account. You're still accessing a pretty decent rewards system, but this gives it a little edge compared other standard welcome offers. Its still subject to risk, but its a different kind of incentive to other sites.
The longer T&Cs state that cash winnings and free spins don’t have any wagering requirement attached, which is great news! But there wagering terms on bonus balances that are also quite low compared to competitors, so do read the terms to figurer out how you can withdraw if you do win cash with your promo. All things considered, a decent offer providing you like to take a chance on your prize and gamble for a bigger bonus. If you like this offer, you might find similar deals available on Mecca Bingo's sister sites that are all collectively owned by the rank group.

Mecca Bingo Free Bingo & Newbie Rooms
Mecca Bingo has a dedicated Free Bingo room called Lucky for Some! It runs every day from 8am to 10pm, with prizes up to £700 per day. Having a free bingo room is a big draw, and the fact that Lucky for Some runs every day all day is great. Some bingo sites do offer more of a variety of free bingo rooms, but the fact that anyone can play in Lucky for Some with no entry requirements is a real selling point.
Although this is the only free bingo room for non-newbie players, there are other ways to play for free, like spinning the Loose Women prize wheel and earning free bingo tickets or cash. There is also a Free Bet Blackjack table which gives free bets when your hand qualifies for a Double Down or Split Bet.
Of course, claiming a deposit offer such as the welcome offer will technically give you free play as well. If you get bonus or free spins, you can use these to play without spending your cash. Promos like the Loose Women Prize Wheel and Pick a Mug also offer the chance to play for free if you win free spins or bonus.
The mecca welcome offer is a game of chance, and players may be able to win cash prizes or free play in the form of free slot spins.
Mecca bingo is one of only a handful of bingo sites with newbie rooms. The newbie room on Mecca Bingo is called First Time Lucky. It lets newly registered players in to play for their first 8 days after registering. The games in the room are made up of free, 1p, and 5p games, so it’s all low-cost to get you practicing and playing. It’s open for an hour at lunchtime and an hour in the evening every day, which is quite a short window considering you only get 8 days to play in the newbie room.
The newbie room is the only no-deposit offer available on Mecca Bingo, but those are quite rare on bingo sites nowadays, so even one is not bad.
More Mecca Bingo Welcome Offers
Mecca Bingo only has one welcome offer. This is pretty common with big bingo sites; multiple welcome offers are generally only seen on multi-product sites like casino and sports betting brands. Not to worry, though. Mecca Bingo’s welcome offer caters to both bingo and slots players, with the chance to win bingo bonus, free slot spins, or even cash. It’s still a great option, but players who prefer a choice of offers rather than a gamble may be disappointed.

Mecca Bingo Review: Existing Player Promotions
In terms of player promotions, Mecca offers a really competitive selection compared to other like-for-like online bingo sites. Besides the welcome offer, there’s always an additional promotion available for regular players, like prize wheels, penny bingo, big jackpots, and cashback. When we played, there were a whopping twelve promotions currently running, all with varying expiry times, so we were certainly not short of choices!
The promotions cover mostly bingo, with some slot offers available too, though admittedly fewer than you might find on a slots-only site. For bingo players, the promotions page is a paradise, though slot players won’t be disappointed either, especially considering this is a bingo site.
Here are some of the promotions we particularly liked when we checked out Mecca Bingo!
Big Money Bingo. Fridays to Sundays, there is a huge jackpot extravaganza in the bingo rooms! With up to £65K to be won and tickets from just 10p, this is sure to grab your attention.
Loose Women Winner Spins. Will you win bingo, cash, or land on a dud? Play this prize spinner and you could bag up to £500.
Penny Lane Bingo. This room offers penny bingo, with tickets for just 1p. There are cash prizes up to £10K up for grabs in these cheap-to-play games!
These promotions were all correct at time of writing, although do bear in mind that offers change.
Mecca Bingo Existing Player Promotions rating: 5 / 10
Mecca Bingo Review: VIP & Loyalty
On Mecca Bingo, VIP players are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If your account qualifies for VIP, the rewards team will review your account and decide whether to invite you to become a VIP. This invite would be sent via email. If you think you may qualify for VIP, you can pop onto the live chat and ask the customer service rep if your account can be reviewed.
Aside from this, there is no loyalty scheme on Mecca Bingo. There was one once upon a time, but it has since been scrapped. Players can enjoy a variety of promotions and offers, but there are no loyalty points or other rewards just for playing, unfortunately.

Mecca Bingo Product Review
The site was very easy to use, Mecca Bingo is one of the Best UK Bingo Sites that we list! Everything is laid out in a way that makes it easy to find your way around, even if it’s your first time visiting Mecca Bingo. The top of the homepage is mostly taken up by promos, which is good for returning players as it lets you see what’s currently on offer when you land. Further down are some spotlighted bingo games to give newbies an idea of what’s available, and there’s even a handy tool for finding your nearest in-person club, if that’s something that interests you. Mecca’s homepage does have a tonne of information on it, but it’s sectioned up neatly to make it easy to see what’s useful for you personally, and which bits you can just scroll on past. It’s not messy or jumbled at all.
Mecca bingo room sizes vary a lot. In quieter rooms (usually rooms with bingo variants other than 90-ball), there may be as few as 15 players, but in the bigger, busier rooms, particularly cheap rooms or Mecca's free bingo games, there could easily be over 1000 players. This is a huge number of players in one room at once, but it’s to be expected from a big brand like Mecca Bingo. Mecca is one of the most popular bingo brands in the country; it’s not surprising that the rooms are packed. That said, if you prefer a quiet little game with just a few regulars that you can get to know, Mecca Bingo is probably not the site for you.
Once you’ve got registered on Mecca Bingo, you may be unsure where to start. The best place to begin is making a deposit! That way you can try out whichever mecca bingo games catch your eye. To make a deposit, go to the site cashier. If you’re not sure about depositing just yet, why not check out the Mecca Bingo free newbie bingo room, First Time Lucky? You can find it fastest by searching for it in the search bar. This room is for newly-registered players only, and has free, 1p, and 5p games.
For us, the best thing about Mecca Bingo currently is its collaboration with Loose Women! We love catching up on all the gossip and the latest issues, so finding out Mecca has a partnership with one of our favourite shows was very exciting. There are a few Loose Women branded games around the site, including Loose Women Bingo, a prize wheel, and a pick-a-mug promo that has some exciting prizes available! Admittedly the rooms were a little busy for our taste, but if you love a buzzing, lively bingo site, Mecca Bingo is perfect.

Mecca Bingo Branding Review
Mecca Bingo has an absolutely fantastic site design. The whole website screams ‘glossy big-brand quality’; it looks fantastic, and every part of it is well designed. The site uses mostly pastel pinks, purples, and blues as its colour scheme, which is a relief; if they’d taken the
pink/yellow/purple/green/blue of the logo as the site colours, it would have been a bit of a nightmare! Thankfully, the colour scheme is nice and calm.
We spent some time exploring the Mecca Bingo site, and really loved what we found. Everything is neatly laid out, and it’s clear that the site is designed to make things easy for players. Bingo rooms are advertised by little tokens for each room; you’ll see a picture, the name, and then little icons detailing the ticket price, jackpot, and current player count. This makes it incredibly easy to choose the room that suits you best. Some bingo sites have nothing but the room name, so you don’t know what you’re getting until you jump in! Mecca’s layout is much more user friendly.
Mecca Bingo also keeps things neat elsewhere on the site; on the desktop web version, they have offers in little tabs at the top that players can roll through at their leisure. We think this is a massive improvement on the huge, constantly-scrolling splash banners that most sites have! They also keep these little offer tabs in the site’s colour scheme, which makes the whole page feel more cohesive and avoids the jarring mash of colours and slot artwork that many sites splash across their home pages.
Mecca Bingo Branding rating: 9 / 10
Mecca Bingo User Experience Review
It’s so easy to get around on Mecca Bingo. There are helpful, clearly-named tabs across the top of the web page, and everything is where you’d expect it to be. Live help has its own tab; no need to hunt around in the page footers to get to it.
The promotions slider on the homepage means that the moment you land on the site, you can easily see which offers are currently live. Just click and drag or swipe right to see the current offers. It’s that simple!
If you’re interested in playing in person as well as online, there’s a handy tool towards the bottom of the homepage that allows you to enter your postcode, town, or area, and it will find the nearest Mecca Bingo club to you! This is a very helpful feature that will let players bring their Mecca experience offline without any trouble at all.
For us, it wasn’t quite clear what the difference between the ‘Slots’ and ‘Casino’ sections was; there are slot games available under both, and bizarrely, the table games seem to be listed under ‘Slots’. We expected to find them under ‘Casino’, which even has a pair of dice as its icon, but table games are in fact listed under ‘Slots’.
Mecca Bingo User Experience rating: 7 / 10
Mecca Bingo Rooms Review
Mecca has stacks of bingo rooms- 23, to be precise, when we played. With tickets from as low as a penny, it doesn’t get more affordable than that, except free. Sadly, Mecca Bingo has a small selection of free bingo rooms; there is the Lucky For Some room which is free 90-ball, and also a newbie room that is only available for two hours a day, the first 8 days after you register.
What Mecca Bingo has load of bingo games. As well as your typical 90-ball bingo they also offer 50-ball bingo (which shows up as 88-ball on the room icons for some reason), American 75-ball, and 80-ball bingo, which is very rare.
All Mecca's rooms we tried worked smoothly, regardless of which bingo variant they were offering! One thing that is important to note about Mecca Bingo is that it is a big site. This does mean bigger promotions may be offered from time to time, but it also means that the bingo rooms can get incredibly busy.
We played a few times during the week, but at 4:30pm on Friday for example, things really began to ramp up. The least-busy rooms still had around 50-80 players, which is massive compared to bingo sites on smaller networks. The busiest room was unsurprisingly free bingo in the Lucky For Some room, and there were a whopping 1070 players in there when we jumped in! Good luck getting a jackpot in a crowd that size! This is unfortunately one of the downsides to a site as big as Mecca Bingo. You’re going to be a very small fish in a very big pond!

Mecca Bingo Best Bingo Rooms
Mecca Bingo has more bingo rooms available than lots of other competing sites, but which rooms are the best? Well, the good news is, that depends on what you like!
Lucky For Some
If you like free bingo, the Lucky For Some room will be right up your street. Unfortunately it is pretty much always busy, but when it doesn’t cost anything to play, it doesn’t matter quite so much.
If you like big jackpots, the Gold Bingo room is the one for you. It even has the words ‘Big Prizes’ on the bingo room icon!
Best Odds Bingo
But our favourite room was the Best Odds Bingo room. This is a great concept- all players get 10 tickets each, and only 10 tickets. That means that you all have the same chance of winning! There’s nothing more annoying than trying to buy a couple of tickets to a game, and seeing the same winners over and over because they can afford to buy the maximum number of tickets every game. The BOB room solves this problem! There was something just so exciting about knowing that we have as good a shot as anyone at landing that jackpot! Apparently, we’re not the only ones who think so- the BOB room won an EGR award in 2019 for ‘Innovation in Bingo’!
Mecca Bingo Chat Review
Loose Women Bingo
The chat in this room is fantastic! Unsurprising, really, considering that the room draws fans of the popular talk show, but if I’m in the mood for a natter as I play, the Loose Women Bingo room is the first place I’d go. The bingo game even draws ‘Hot Topics’ rather than bingo numbers, so there’s always something to talk about!
Lucky For Some
The free bingo room is always, always busy, which is great if you hate awkward silences, but we found that with so many players, it wasn’t the ideal place to chat. With over 1000 players being very common, it was quite intimidating to consider putting a message in the chat, and conversations weren’t really happening beyond congratulating winners.
This room is on the quieter side for Mecca Bingo, which can be very love/hate for many players. Unlike the busier rooms, there was more chance to chat, but sometimes things can be a little… too quiet. When the conversation got going, it was great, being very easy to follow, but in between? Crickets.
Rainbow Riches Bingo
This room was pretty standard in terms of bingo chat. Lots of congratulating winners, and the occasional chatter, but generally things stayed fairly bingo-focussed. It’s definitely the case that on a big bingo site like Mecca, there’s less of an ‘all the regulars know each other’ feel that you sometimes find on smaller sites.
Mecca Bingo Games Review
The selection of bingo games on Mecca Bingo is very diverse; they have 90-ball, 88-ball, 80-ball, and 75-ball bingo available to play! The themes vary too, with generic options, branded games (like Deal or No Deal), and slot-themed games (like Rainbow Riches Bingo). Loose Women Bingo is currently being advertised quite heavily on the site, with three different ads on the promo page shouting about it. With up to £500K in prizes up for grabs each month, it’s easy to see why! We particularly like the ‘Everyone Wins’ jackpot as part of the room.
As a whole, Mecca Bingo’s selection of bingo rooms can definitely compete with the other top brands in the UK bingo market and there are a lot of Mecca Bingo alternatives out there. But we like it, because it has a huge range of choice, and is very easy to play, even for a beginner. The rooms are clearly advertised, showing what each has to offer and how much it will cost. Mecca Bingo has thought out its bingo product carefully, and it shows.
90-Ball BingoThis is the standard format for bingo in the UK. Players typically try to get one line, two lines, and then the full house. We love 90-ball bingo; it keeps things classic. Mecca Bingo offers 90-ball games in rooms like Main Event, Penny Lane, and Supersonic Speed Bingo.
75-Ball BingoThis is also called American Bingo; it’s played on a 5x5 grid where players aim for patterns, checkerboards, and blackouts. Mecca Bingo has two US-themed rooms that offer 75-ball: Jive Talking and Born in the USA.
50-Ball BingoThis is a very unusual variant we’ve not seen before. It’s offered on Mecca Bingo in the Loose Women Bingo, Emoji Bingo, Burst Bingo, and BOB rooms. Loose Women Bingo uses ‘Hot Topics’ instead of numbers, and Emoji Bingo uses… you got it, emojis, so if you fancy something different, check this out.
40-Ball BingoHaving not seen 40-ball bingo before, we were very curious. This variant can only be found in the Rainbow Riches Bingo room, where players get eight numbers split across two four leaf clovers as their ticket. It was certainly interesting to play!
Mecca Bingo Games rating: 8 / 10
Mecca Bingo Jackpots
The biggest jackpot on Mecca Bingo does vary day to day, but when we played, there was a pretty juicy £185 jackpot up for grabs in the Gold Bingo room. This is usually where the biggest prizes can be found- the room’s tagline is even “BIG prizes”.
Most prizes are in the £10-50 range, with some smaller prizes under £10 and some bigger prizes over £100. The vast majority are roundabout the £30 mark which is decent for a single game jackpot.
Mecca Bingo Jackpots rating: 8 / 10
Mecca Bingo Penny Bingo
The cheapest ticket price we could find on Mecca Bingo is actually free! We love to see it; Mecca Bingo does have a free bingo room available called Lucky For Some. The games in this room are either free, 1p, or 5p, alternating between the three. There is also a Penny Bingo room where tickets are always 1p, and this has jackpots roundabout £20 usually, though the room does get very busy. Not surprising, when it’s so cheap! Everyone loves a bargain, us included.
There are tonnes of rooms with tickets 10p and under, including X Factor Bingo, Club Session Bingo, and Best Odds Bingo. If you like bargain bingo, Mecca is a great choice. There are a few rooms with pricier tickets in the £1-3 region, but they’re few and far between. Most rooms have their tickets priced at 20p or under.
Mecca Bingo Penny Bingo rating: 8 / 10
Mecca Bingo Side Games Review
Side games are available to enjoy while you wait in the bingo rooms! Choose from a selection of slot games and enjoy a little flutter while you hang out and chat between bingo rounds. Not all slot games can be played as mini side games; check out the selection to see which titles are available.
Mecca Bingo Slot Games Review
There are over 350 slot games available on Mecca Bingo! Classic slot games like Cleopatra, hugely popular titles like Starburst, and even scratch card games too are all ready to play, and Mecca Bingo also offers a wide variety of Slingo games.
Mecca Bingo’s games are split into Bingo, Slots, Casino, and Jackpots sections. Bingo is quite self explanatory; here you’ll find the bingo rooms! Under Slots, you’ll find Top Slots, New, Megaways, Slingo, Scratch & Arcade, and also, strangely, Table Games are listed here, not under Casino. Having a whole section of Megaways games is fantastic, because these are quite love/hate amongst a lot of players. With usually around 243 different paylines, these slots give lots of chances to win but tend to be less volatile, meaning smaller prize amounts. Slingo is a cross between slots and bingo, and it’s hugely popular; we absolutely love it! There are even live casino tables where a friendly dealer will run your games for you.
The Jackpots collection is filled with games that have huge prizes attached. Not only can you win within the slot, you have the chance to trigger a mega jackpot too! Some have a daily prize, others have a progressive jackpot, so if you’re looking for a huge prize to tantalise you, these are the games for you.
Mecca Bingo Top Slot & Games
7's to Burn
This slot gives a fiery revamp to classic fruit machine fun. Spin three reels and aim for a win across any of the 5 paylines. Cherries, bars, and other fruit all make an appearance, as well as 7s symbols of course.
Big Bass Bonanza
Reel in a win with this exciting fishing-themed slot. The fisherman is wild, and will substitute for any symbol except the scatter. The big bass symbol is a scatter. There is also a money symbol. Head out onto the lake and see if you can hook a win!
Visit the Emerald Isle in this fun slot, and spin symbols from Irish folklore such as fairies, leprechauns, and four-leaf clovers. Spell out the word IRISH on the reels, and you could be looking at a whopping 3000x times your stake, or get three scattered leprechauns to trigger the Prize Pick round where you'll randomly pick fairies (up to 100x your stake) or leprechauns (10 Free Spins).
A pretty slot, Thai Flower features symbols including elephants, delicate flowers, and a Thai lady. There is a special free game that is unlocked by landing flowers on reels 1, 3, and 5; the flower symbol is also wild.

Mecca Bingo Mobile and App Review
Mecca Bingo is available as an app, which means playing on mobile or tablet is a breeze. The app is smart and sharp, working smoothly so long as you have an internet connection. In fact, the app won Best Mobile Bingo Product in the EGR Awards for 2019! With over 100,000 downloads under its belt, the Mecca Bingo app is leaps and bounds ahead of other competitors.
To download the app, just search for ‘Mecca Bingo’ in the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. You can then access Mecca Bingo just by tapping on the app icon. Although we tend to review sites on their desktop site, we always make sure to take a look at the mobile app too, as this is the most popular way for our players to access their favourite sites!
The Mecca Bingo mobile app keeps things really simple, which is always a good thing. When taking a website to a smaller screen, too many sites try to cram everything in, but Mecca keeps it straightforward; the homepage has a scroller of slots and a scroller of bingo rooms, plus one featured promotion. That’s it!
The app is where a lot of sites fall down in terms of modernisation, but Mecca Bingo’s app looks very up to date with its artwork, and it works smoothly as you browse around and play. You can even turn on fingerprint-login, so you can access your account without having to type in your email and password every time! We absolutely loved this option, but you can switch it off if it’s not for you.
Just be aware, like most online bingo and slots site apps, Mecca Bingo’s app can chew through your data incredibly quickly, so unless you have a good mobile data package, it’s probably best to use it on WiFi connection when you can.
There is also a My Mecca app which focusses on the in-person clubs. This is a really smart choice of Mecca’s, because rarely do you need both club-based info and the online site at the same time. Whether you play online, in person, or both, you’ll find everything you need across the two apps.

Mecca Bingo Responsible Gambling
Mecca Bingo is owned by the Rank Group, who have gone out of their way to ensure they promote good, responsible gambling practices. In fact, Rank have a whole ‘Keep It Fun’ section on their website! On here, they emphasise that gambling should be fun, but they are aware some players can develop into problem gambling.
Tools they offer on Mecca Bingo include:Deposit limits to prevent overspendingReality check pop-ups to break immersion and remind you how long you have been playing- you can choose how often these pop up‘Take a Break’, which temporarily locks your account. The minimum lock time is 24 hours, and the maximum is 6 weeksSelf-exclusion locks your account on a longer-term basis, from 6 months to 5 years depending on what you selectA special safer gambling support team who are available 24/7 if you have questions or need help
These are some very robust tools, and Mecca also includes links to Problem Gambling Support and GamStop at the bottom of its desktop pages. The 24/7 support team is a fantastic feature, as many people who seek help to stop problem gambling do so with urgency and require that the assistance be in place immediately.
BingoPort take responsible gambling seriously, and we don’t recommend sites that don’t feel the same way. Mecca Bingo’s comprehensive tools, tips, and support network ensure that they are a trusted site.

Mecca Bingo Banking Review: Available Payment Methods
Mecca Bingo is a huge site with a great deal of publicity, and part of why it has this reputation is because it has proven time and again that it takes security seriously, and players can trust that when they are depositing their money into Mecca Bingo, that they will handle it appropriately.
In terms of ease of use, Mecca has streamlined the depositing process very well. Depositing is quick and simple; it’s just a few clicks! Depending on your preferred payment method, you may need to nip and get your debit card, but if you like to use PayPal, you won’t even have to leave the sofa!
Minimum Deposit: £5 (or £10 via PayPal)
Minimum Withdrawal: £5 (or £10 via PayPal)

Mecca Bingo Payment Methods rating: 9 / 10
Mecca Bingo Banking Review: Depositing
Once you’ve chosen your payment method and amount in the Mecca Bingo cashier, your deposit will be added to your account instantly. This is pretty standard across the industry for deposits, so we’re glad to know Mecca is keeping up.
Mecca bingo has a minimum deposit amount of £5, which we love to see! So many sites have a minimum deposit of £10 or even £20, so seeing just a fiver available on Mecca Bingo is great. This makes it the perfect site for players who like to deposit a little less each time. We prefer this, as we find it makes managing your budget easier!
Mecca Bingo Depositing rating: 8 / 10
Mecca Bingo Banking Review: Withdrawals
Mecca Bingo doesn’t charge for withdrawals. Many platforms (like Jumpman for example) do still charge for withdrawals, unfortunately! But that’s not something you need worry about on Mecca Bingo. Just like the deposits, the minimum withdrawal on Mecca Bingo is £5- perfect for players who don’t like to shift as much money around at once. Like us!
Withdrawals from Mecca Bingo via debit cards generally take 1-3 working days (not including weekends/bank holidays) to be processed. This can also depend on your bank, of course, but that’s the rough timeframe you should expect!
If you’re withdrawing via PayPal, this is slightly faster, with withdrawals going through in around 24 hours. This is fantastic, and definitely one of the fastest withdrawal times we have seen. Some sites only offer 24 hour withdrawal times to top VIPs!
Bank transfer withdrawals take a little longer, with 1-5 days being the norm. Although this is a little slower, that’s something that we’d expect for bank transfer transactions. Overall, Mecca Bingo’s withdrawal process certainly keeps up with the competition, and those 24h PayPal withdrawals are just a winner.

Mecca Bingo Customer Service Review
The FAQ section is very easy to browse, with a search bar to help you find your answers, and a link straight to live chat if you can’t answer your question with FAQs. When accessing the live chat support, you’ll be quickly connected with a support agent- or ‘Customer Champion’ as they’re called on Mecca Bingo. When we tried out the chat support, it took 4 seconds to connect us to an agent. Once connected, the support agent took just 90 seconds to answer our question! They were friendly, upbeat, and straight to the point, getting us the info we requested.
There is also a Live Updates section on the help page; Mecca will post info here if there are any technical issues with the site. We saw a note informing us that there were intermitted tech issues with the bingo lobby, and although it didn’t give a lot of information or a time when it would be fixed, it was good to know that Mecca were already aware and repairing it. This is a really clever way to update players on site maintenance without spamming them with emails that they might not see until days later, which is what a lot of sites do.
