Site Review: This site looks very similar to another bingo brand that has recently launched called Neon Bingo, it has an unusual name which might make it harder to find when searching online. Overall the appearance is appealing and it’s very bright, they have a spinning wheel on the right hand of their screen which draws your eye to it and explains that you can win a £5- £2500 guaranteed bonus.

Welcome Bonus Package: The welcome package for this site includes £20 free when you deposit £10, so that’s a 200% welcome bonus, plus once you’ve made your first deposit of £10 or more you’ll unlock the Wheel where you can spin to win up to £2,500 guaranteed not a bad welcome offer.

Promotions: The promotions page on this site is called ‘Specials’ they’ve got a fair amount of bingo jackpots games including their VIP scheme and Refer a Friend. There doesn’t seem to be any specific promotions for slot players which is a bit of a disappointment. Most of their promotions are related to certain days so you can find out what is happening on that specific day including Monday Madness, Friday Fever Jackpot and Friday Night Takeaway.

Mobile Bingo: Not Available

Games Available: A very small page detailing what bingo games the site offers, it doesn’t directly details the name of the bingo games and there is no mention of slots. The Bingo page just describes what bingo is and how to play it which is disappointing as many potential players would like to see what is on offer without having to make an account.

Community: They have a dedicated Winners page but again this is a plain page which shows the top individual wins for players on Brand New Bingo, apart from this we can’t see anything else that relates to a community page. They do however have a Facebook page, although they only have 11 likes on the page and it isn’t regularly updated.

Banking: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Solo, Switch

Software: Jumpman Gaming – 15 Network

Support: They have a dedicated Help page, which lists a contact number: 0845 8724929 and an email address in which you can contact their support team, they also have a FAQ section where you may be able to find the answer to your question.

Summary: Overall, we were slightly disappointed with this site as the homepage looks great but the promotions page left much to be desired along with the bingo page which doesn’t list the games they run on site. There isn’t much of a community on here. If they had spent a little more time developing this site we think it could have been a lot better than it is.
