How do I claim Port Points for playing at my favourite sites?
For a number of the UK's leading bingo sites, we offer Port Points as reward for your loyalty. To receive Port Points for playing at these sites, you must submit a claim to receive Loyalty Rewards in the My Bingo Sites page of your account. If Loyalty Rewards are available for that site, you will receive Port Points by the 15th of each month, based on what you spent the previous month. How many Port Points do I get for playing at my favourite sites?
To see how many Port Points you can earn for each pound you spend, please refer to the Player Rewards section of the Review Page of each site.

 

How do I claim Port Points when I join and deposit at a participating bingo site?
As long as you are logged in to your Bingoport account and you click on a link on Bingoport to your chosen bingo site, your registration will be automatically tracked and your points credited within 48 hours. Likewise, if you click on a link in an email from Bingoport, your registration will be automatically tracked and your points credited within 48 hours. To ensure you receive Port Points for joining, always join a bingo site via a link on Bingoport and avoid using Google to find sites or clicking on emails received from other sources.

Do I need to do anything extra if there is a reward item involved?
Yes. If an actual item is included as a reward for joining and depositing at a bingo site, you will need to ensure that you have entered your correct address details in your Bingoport member profile and verified your phone number in case we need to contact you. If you don't complete these actions, we cannot send your reward item to you.

How do I tell which bingo sites I can earn rewards for joining?
On our Bingo Offers and Listings pages, sites participating in the BingoPort.co.uk Player Rewards program are indicated by the rewards icons, while the full details of the rewards available for each site are outlined on the review page of each participating site.

Can I receive Port Points for joining a site and continuing to play at that site?
Yes, absolutely. As well as earning Port Point rewards for joining bingo sites, you also receive Port Points for your ongoing play at many of the UK's leading sites. You will need to submit a claim to receive Loyalty Rewards by submitting your username for the site you wish to claim reward points at, so we can verify your monthly spend. You can submit your claims for the bingo sites you play at in the My Bingo Sites section of your account.

What are Maximised Rewards?
If you join a Bingo Site via a link or button on Bingoport (or one of our exclusive email offers), you'll be eligible to received Maximised Rewards on your continued play, which are double the value of standard Loyalty Rewards. Loyalty rewards are calculated on your spend each month at a participating bingo site, with spend defined as the total amount you wager, minus the total amount you win and any bonuses received during the month.

How do I know if I am eligible for Maximised Rewards?
Once you have submitted your claim for Loyalty Rewards and we we have submitted your claim for verification (which happens at the end of each month), your rewards will be calculated and credited and the status of your claim will be updated in the My Bingo Sites section of your account. If we have not yet verified your username, the status will be shown as Pending Verification. Alternatively, it will be shown as Receiving Standard Rewards or Receiving Maximised Rewards, depending on whether your account was verified as being opened via a link on Bingoport.

I'm sure I joined a site via a link on Bingoport. Why am I not receiving Maximised Rewards?
If your Loyalty Rewards claim is marked as Receiving Standard Rewards, we have received confirmation from the relevant bingo site that your account was not tagged as originating from a link on Bingoport. There are some very rare circumstances where the technology will fail to track the source of the player, but this is not something that we have any control over. Unfortunately, unless the bingo site confirms that your registration did originate from a link on Bingoport, we cannot reward you at the maximised rate.

What should I do if I haven't received the Port Points I was expecting?
If you are expecting to receive Port Points for joining and making your first deposit at a participating bingo site, please be aware that it may take up to 48 hours for your Port Points to be credited to your account. If you register on a weekend, this may be a little longer. If you have not received your Port Points within 72 hours (3 days), please contact us at support@bptrewards.co.uk. If you are expecting to receive Port Points for your spend at a site in the previous month and you have submitted your claim for Loyalty Rewards in your Bingoport account, please be aware that these points should be credited by the 15th of each month. If you do not receive the points you are expecting by the 15th, please contact us at support@bptrewards.co.uk
