We found this a little confusing at first, and kept accidentally stumbling onto information about the venues rather than the online casino, but we eventually figured it out.

These are probably the pages you’re going to visit the most, so it makes sense to get familiar with them and see what’s available for you. Claim an offer, pick a game, and get playing!

MetGaming Branding Review

Metgaming’s site design is quite busy; there’s a lot going on on each page. The very top nav bar is actually to do with the physical casino venues, so unless you’re interested in visiting those, you won’t need this. The second nav bar, with the “Metropolitan Online Gaming” logo on it, is the one for the online casino. It’s not the most user-friendly design, but once you’ve got the hang of it, it’s not so bad. In terms of visual design, Metgaming goes for a modern and classy look; there is very little artwork, and even banners feature mostly text. Live Casino, Slots, and Table Games are separated out into their own sections of the site; some players will love this, as it weeds out games they’re not interested in, whereas others might find it annoying if they want to view everything together.

MetGaming User Experience Review

We found Metgaming a little confusing at first, largely because the site covers both the online casino and the brick-and-mortar casinos! The top navigation bar is dedicated to the casino venues- their rewards scheme, details, and so on. The secondary navigation bar is the one you’ll need for the online casino’s things; promotions, games, and more can be found here. We did click on the wrong one a couple of times, and had to double back, but eventually realised what was up. Aside from this minor confusion, we found the site to be mostly user friendly! The games are separated by type on different pages, which makes it easy to pick out the kind you want. Again, the bottom of the page has collapsible headings for the online casino’s information, and footer links for the casino venues’ details, which wasn’t clear at first. We think we’d have found this site easier to use if there was clearer separation between the online casino and the casino venues.

Once you’re in the Slots section of the site, you’ll notice there’s a whole section dedicated to jackpot slots. We love to see jackpot games separated out like this so they’re easy to find, rather than having to hunt through the whole catalogue to find them! There are 35 to choose from, which isn’t a massive selection, but still provides some variety for players seeking progressive jackpots.

The majority of the games listed in the jackpots section are Jackpot King games, developed by Blueprint. There are over 1000 slot games on Metgaming, which is really impressive! We found absolutely no shortage of games to play, even when we wanted something a little different to our usual picks. Players can choose from the whole collection, new games, fishing themed slots, hidden gems, jackpot games, and ‘M Favourites’. We were intrigued by the hidden gems section, and when we went to this page, we found that player favourites were listed here, which was fun! It’s always interesting to see what other players are enjoying. The fishing section had 11 different games, which is not bad for a themed selection, and there were 12 games listed as ‘M Favourites’, which we thought was a good amount without being overwhelming. Overall, we were very pleased with the slot catalogue on Metgaming!

The live casino tables on Metgaming come from a few different providers. Evolution and Playtech, two of the UK’s biggest live casino providers, have lots of tables here, but there are also games from Stakelogic and Ezugi too, so you’re not just limited to those two. In terms of games, the main categories to choose from are roulette, blackjack, game shows, and ‘table and card’, which comprises everything else. Under this section you’ll find a wide variety, including baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and poker.

We found the live casino lobby very easy to use; we could browse or narrow down the options by type, and it was nice to find that live tables were in a separate section entirely from the rest of the computer-generated table games. The games ran smoothly, and we felt there was a huge selection to pick from! We especially love that they live-stream some tables from their real casino venues!
