Heart Bingo Review Intro
Who hasn’t heard of Heart Bingo? Whether you listen to Heart Radio or just love the online games, it’s a household name and one of the most popular sites in the UK. The big brand name makes Heart Bingo a site to be trusted, as does the fact that they have won plenty of awards- including BingoPort Players’ Choice Awards! Heart Bingo is, of course, also properly licenced by the UKGC to give you even more reassurance. The site has a welcome offer and Newbie Room to welcome new players, and the glossy, high-quality feel that we’d expect from a brand this well-known.

Heart Bingo Welcome Bonus Our Verdict
The Heart Bingo Welcome Bonus is great. Heart Bingo is one of the Best UK Bingo Sites that we list for its Welcome Bonus among other things!! Players get £30 of bingo, plus an additional 100 spins; that’s far better than a lot of offers on the market. Even better, the winnings from both the bingo and the free spins are paid as cash, with no wagering requirements, making this one of the best deals we’ve seen.
Not only is it a great offer that gives you access to free bingo and slot games- already impressive- once you’ve spent 1p in cash on bingo, you’ll get access to the Newbie Room for 5 days! This is a very comprehensive welcome offer that includes a bit of everything.

Heart Bingo Free Bingo & Newbie Rooms
Sadly, there is no free bingo on Heart Bingo at all. You can sometimes get free tickets from promotions, but there are no rooms with free bingo. There are, however, plenty of rooms with penny bingo, like Fun Fest.
Heart Bingo does have a specific Newbie Room, which we love to see! To get access to the Heart Bingo newbie room, all you have to do is spend 1p cash on any bingo room! You can then access the Newbie Room for five days (specifically, it’s 120 hours). Games play between 1:00pm -2:00pm and 6:00-7:00pm daily, so you should theoretically be able to play five games in each session.
More Heart Bingo Welcome Offers
There is just the one welcome offer on Heart Bingo, but it covers free bingo, slots, and even Newbie Bingo too. Although there is only one option, it does a good job of covering all bases, so should suit most players looking for a welcome offer. The offer gives free bingo tickets to the Heart Bonanza Bingo room, up to the value of £30, which is a good deal on a £10 deposit. It also gives 100 free spins on the Make Me a Millionaire slot which is a huge number of free spins for just £10. Even better, to claim the deposit, players will need to spend £10 on bingo, and as soon as you spend a single penny on bingo, you’ll unlock the Newbie Room too!

Heart Bingo Review: Existing Player Promotions
Heart Bingo has a promo section which lists all the offers currently available. There are plenty of different offers on there, including rewards schemes, prize wheels, free games, tournaments, and more. It’s easy to get an idea of what each promo offers by just glancing at the tabs. The promos here look great, with lots of opportunities for freebies just by playing on the site. All of the promos require you to opt in, so be sure to check what’s available each time you come on to play.
Slingo Surprise. This offer gives players a treat when they spend £10 on Slingo games. You’ll get to play the Slingo Surprise minigame, and if you match the symbols, you’ll win a prize, either bonus or cash. A treat just for playing £10 on selected games is a pretty good deal.
Howl at the Moon Prize Wheel. Spend £20 cash on any of a variety of wolf-themed slots (including Wolf Gold, Big Bad Wolf, Mega Jackpots Wolf Run and Curse of the Werewolf Megaways) and you can spin the prize wheel. Prizes on this particular wheel include things like bonuses, vouchers, and cash. We especially love the wolfy theme!
Bingo Rewards. Every week, earn rewards when you play cash on bingo. Depending on how much you spend, you’ll climb the ladder and earn better prizes. The prizes come in the form of free bingo tickets, and you’ll start earning them from just £10 a week spent on bingo. This is a great rewards scheme compared to other sites, and there’s a separate scheme to earn rewards on slots too.
These promotions were all correct at time of writing, although do bear in mind that offers change.
Heart Bingo Existing Player Promotions rating: 8 / 10
Heart Bingo Review: VIP & Loyalty
On Heart Bingo, there are two separate loyalty schemes- one is for bingo and one is for slots, which is refreshing to see. For the bingo rewards, spend at least £10 cash per week on bingo, and you’ll earn free tickets. The more you spend, the more free tickets you’ll earn. The tickets are for the Heart Bonanza Bingo Room.
The slot loyalty scheme is called Reel Rewards, and gives players free spins on a variety of slot games. Spend at least £20 cash on slots each week, and you’ll get free spins as a thank you from the site for playing.
This loyalty scheme is truly great, with both bingo and slots players catered to. The fact that players get tangible rewards with just a £10 or £20 spend is fantastic, with some loyalty schemes requiring spends of hundreds to see even a single return.
Heart Bingo VIP & Loyalty rating: 9 / 10
Heart Bingo Product Review
Heart Bingo has a very warm and bubbly feel to it. When you first land on the site, you’ll be able to see what’s on offer right away, as offers, games, and more are all listed on the homepage. The artwork and images are all sharp and modern, and it’s easy to get around the site with the handy tabs for each of the main pages. Heart Bingo is quite a big site, and it’s popular, though attendance in the bingo rooms can vary from 10 or 11 up to the hundreds. Although there is no free bingo, there are a few 1p games to enjoy, and most ticket prices are between 5p and 30p. Once you’ve joined and taken up the welcome bonus, checking out what promotions are available is a good place to start. We really enjoyed Heart Bingo!

Heart Bingo Branding Review
Heart Bingo shares the nice red and white branding of Heart Radio, making it look familiar from the moment you arrive. Although Heart Bingo has had affiliations with Olly Murs, he doesn’t feature anywhere on the site currently. The site has big bingo energy, with a warm and friendly vibe to welcome you, and it definitely feels modern and up to date. We really like the way the site is built and laid out; it feels like one of the most glossy, high-quality sites, and is certainly enjoyable to explore. Heart really does have a solid brand, with TV adverts and bus ads, and it’s nice to see it extended to their online bingo site as well.
Heart Bingo Branding rating: 8 / 10
Heart Bingo User Experience Review
Heart Bingo has lots of exciting features like daily freebies and reward schemes, but overall, it is quite typical in terms of how it works. If you’ve ever played on an online bingo site before, you’ll have no trouble finding your way around here. Even if you’re completely new, everything is quite clear, and you’ll be able to sign up and explore to find the games you’ll enjoy. When you first land on the homepage, there are scrolling banners showing promotions, bingo games are listed just below, and most of the rest of the page shows featured slots. This is a pretty standard layout for bingo sites, and it will look familiar to bingo veterans. Once you’ve created an account, the best move is to claim your welcome bonus on the Promos tab, and then make your first deposit. Once you have funds in your account, you can start playing! If you’re not sure what game to choose, the homepage offers lots of options, including new games, featured, and classics.
Heart Bingo User Experience rating: 8 / 10
Heart Bingo Rooms Review
There are currently 13 bingo rooms on Heart Bingo which is a decent selection, fairly middle of the pack when it comes to bingo lobbies. The rooms are a mix of linked rooms and rooms that are unique to the site. Diamond Dazzle, Beachball Blast, and the Reels Room are linked with other sites on the network, like PlayOJO. Session Bingo, Heart Bonanza Bingo, and Bubble Wild Bingo are exclusive to the site, and you can see a little red ‘Exclusive’ tab on each room that is only found on Heart Bingo.
Room attendance varies, with as few as 6 or 7 players in some rooms, and hundreds in others! The Gold Rush room had the most number of tickets purchased, but these were all prebuy as the game didn’t run for another few days. Heart and Soul was the most popular of the currently-running games when we played. You can choose between 90-ball, 75-ball, 80-ball, or 30-ball games.
Heart Bingo Rooms rating: 7 / 10
Heart Bingo Best Bingo Rooms
Here are some of the rooms we particularly enjoyed when we played on Heart Bingo!
This 90-ball linked game runs every few minutes, and when we jumped in, the tickets were set at 5p. With only 10 people in the room, the prize was only around a fiver, but still not bad.
This room only runs at 9pm, and had a jackpot of £1750! There was even a huge progressive pot of £26K, though sadly this didn’t break when we played. It was exciting to be in such a big game, especially knowing that we had to wait for it to start!
This game seems to run all day, which is weird- with a name like that, we’d have expected it to only run mornings, but it was running into the afternoon too. It’s a 30-ball room so games go fast.
This cute room had 90-ball bingo and with 20-50 players, the prizes varied between £75 and £100, split between one line, two lines, and the full house. This is also a Drop Pots room, and has Maxi, Midi, and Mini jackpots available for players who get the full house within a certain number of calls.
Heart Bingo Chat Review
Heart Bonanza Bingo
This was the only room with a chat available. When we played, only the chat hosts were really speaking, so it was a bit quiet. Maybe it livens up on a Saturday night? It was a bit disappointing to see the chat hosts’ attempts at starting conversations go unanswered, but that said, there were only 21 players in the room at the time. The chat functionality is good, with players able to send messages and emojis and- more impressively- react with emojis to other players’ messages, just like Facebook.
There was no facility to chat in here; instead, there were mini games available to play while waiting for the bingo or as the balls were called. It was a shame to realise that only the Heart Bonanza Bingo room has chat, but you can swap between rooms easily via the bookmarks, so that’s something.
There was no chat option here, but you could play mini slot games while waiting for bingo or as the balls were called. It's a bit disappointing that only the Heart Bonanza Bingo room has chat, but you can easily switch between rooms using bookmarks.
You couldn't chat in this room either, but again, you could play mini games while waiting for bingo. It's disappointing that only the Heart Bonanza Bingo room has chat; most competitors have bingo chat in all of their rooms, whether it’s a unique chat for each room or just a collective chat for all the rooms.
Heart Bingo Games Review
Heart Bingo does have a few different bingo variants to play, which is exciting. There is classic 90-ball, American style 75-ball, but also 80-ball and 30-ball. This gives players the opportunity to try some lesser-known styles of bingo, including ultra-fast 30-ball bingo! When there are only 30 balls available, the games don’t last long before someone has called a win!
It’s nice to see Heart Bingo has some fun bingo game variants, even if they only offer one room each for the less common ones. If you’re looking for 90-ball bingo, Heart Bonanza Bingo is the main room to check out. For 75-ball bingo you’ll want the Dance Floor room, for 80-ball it’s Fun Fest or Session Bingo, and for 30-ball you can play in the Brunch Club room.
This is classic UK bingo, where you play for one line, two lines, and then the full house. There are a few different rooms that offer this, including Candy Hearts, Beachball Blast, and Heart & Soul. Some rooms have progressive jackpots, and the Heart Bonanza Bingo room has chat available.
The popular Brunch Club room runs during the daytime, offering 30-ball bingo. These games go fast, with just one prize for the full house. You only need to match 9 numbers, out of 30 balls total, so the games barely last a few minutes.
Fun Fest is 80-ball bingo, and players get a 4x4 grid with 16 numbers. Some games, the only prize is for the full house, and other games, you can get prizes for patterns like vertical, horizontal, or diagonal lines.
Heart Bingo Games rating: 7 / 10
Heart Bingo Jackpots
On Heart Bingo, there are some good jackpots for players to watch and aim for. As well as the prizes awarded in the bingo games, there are progressive jackpots, Drop Pots, and more. The Heart Bonanza Bingo room has a Community Progressive Jackpot where everyone who bought tickets wins a share if it breaks, and the Candy Hearts room has Drop Pots with mini, midi, and maxi jackpots waiting to be won. Usually, the way that the extra jackpots are won is by calling full house within a set number of balls being drawn- usually around 32-35 calls depending on the specific jackpot.
Heart Bingo Jackpots rating: 8 / 10
Heart Bingo Penny Bingo
There are penny bingo games on Heart Bingo! Session Bingo, Fun Fest, Brunch Club, and more all occasionally run games where the tickets are just 1p. Unfortunately, there is no way to know which rooms will run a penny game next, so just keep your eyes open ready to spot a penny game and jump in. The prizes on penny games aren’t massive, unsurprisingly, but they aren’t bad either. Anywhere between £5 and £20 is typical, depending on how many players buy tickets. The game jackpots are usually based on how many players buy in, so they can vary quite a lot.
Beachball Blast and Heart Bonanza Bingo both offer games for 2p a ticket, and these run every couple of minutes, so there is still plenty of low-cost fun to be had, even if a penny bingo game isn’t currently running.
Heart Bingo Penny Bingo rating: 7 / 10
Heart Bingo Side Games Review
The great news is that you can play side games in any of the bingo rooms on Heart Bingo! With 56 games to choose from, there are a lot of options to explore. There are a few Eyecon games including popular titles like Fluffy Favourites, Shaman’s Dream, and Wolf Gold, plus some special Heart Bingo themed slots like Heart Bonanza and Heart Bingo Make Me a Millionaire. You can play these as a mini-game in the side of the bingo lobby, or you can expand them to take up more of the screen. They are a great addition, and can be easily ignored if you don’t want to play them, though you can’t minimise or get rid of them.
Heart Bingo Slot Games Review
With 270 slot games, 10 exclusive games, jackpot slots, Megaways, and more, players have a decent choice of games. Although some competitors have over 1000 games, making Heart Bingo on the smaller side of games catalogues, they have a lot of very popular titles on offer, like Rainbow Riches, Slingo, Starburst, and plenty more.
The slot catalogue is split into sections like Exclusives, Top Slots, and Daily Jackpots, or you can search by name if there’s a particular game you want to find. It’s pretty easy to find your way around, though it’s unclear whether the games listed in sections like Exclusives also appear under ‘All Slots’.
Heart Bingo Top Slot & Games
9 Pots of Gold
Full of Irish glitz, this emerald and gold slot features 5 reels with some very special features. The toadstool is wild, and three wheel symbols trigger free spins on a prize wheel. Players can also land between 3 and 9 gold pots for an increasingly good cash prize depending on how many pots land.
Aloha! Cluster Pays
Forget complicated paylines- to score a win in this slot, just have 9 or more matching symbols grouped together! The Sticky Win Re-spin feature triggers randomly, keeping you on your toes, and the beautiful island setting will make you feel like you're in paradise.
It's time for a fiesta! Spice things up with this Mexican themed slot featuring chihuahuas, habaneros, and tequila. Trigger the Money Respin feature and you'll get three spins, but each time a moneybag symbol lands on the board, your three spins are refreshed so you can keep spinning. Win for every moneybag you land, but if you get all 15, you'll bag the Grande Jackpot!
Vikings Go Berzerk
Spin and match fierce Viking warriors for your chance to win. Get three siren scatter symbols to launch free spins with a choice of bonus feature, including a sticky wild, a sticky reel of wilds, boosted free spins, or treasure chests. In the main game, fill up each Viking's rage meter by matching their symbol. When the meter is full, watch out as your warrior launches berzerk mode!
Heart Bingo Additional Games rating: 7 / 10
Heart Bingo Mobile and App Review
Heart Bingo has an app which is available on smartphones and tablets. Whether you play on Android or iPhone, you can get Heart Bingo’s mobile app for free from your app store, and once it’s downloaded, you can play. If you don’t want the app, or don’t have memory space for it, you can still just play on the website through your phone.
The app is branded exactly the same as the desktop site, though of course it looks slightly different as it is designed for a small touchscreen. When you enter a bingo room, the chat and mini games can be found as logos at the bottom of the screen, so you can bring them out if you want them, but they will cover a portion of the screen.
Unfortunately, this is a common problem when playing bingo on mobile, but at least on Heart the chat is semi-transparent, so it doesn’t completely block the page behind it.
Heart Bingo Mobile rating: 8 / 10
Heart Bingo Responsible Gambling
On Heart Bingo, there are a few different tools you can use to ensure you gamble safely. When we looked for them, we found them in seconds- there was an ad for the site’s responsible gambling tools right there on the scrolling homepage banner.
Tools they offer on Heart Bingo include:Deposit Limits – set a limit for how much you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthlyCurrent Time Alerts – schedule reminders to alert you to how long you’ve been playingTime Out – take a break by locking your account for up to six weeksProblem Check List – see how your gambling matches up to healthy habitsSelf-Exclusion – Lock your account for 6 months or moreKeep Track of Time – there is a clock shown on the site to help you see how long you’ve playedAffordability Measures – Heart Bingo may ask customers about their occupation and income to help avoid overspendingGambling Support – get help if you feel you need itPreventing Underage Gambling – there are several tools in place to stop under 18s from playing
Heart Bingo clearly takes responsible gambling seriously, with many tools available to help customers keep track of their time and money. Heart Bingo also lists lots of badges in their footer from organisations like GamStop, GamCare, and BeGambleAware who all work towards helping those struggling with gambling addiction.
Heart Bingo Responsible Gambling rating: 8 / 10
Heart Bingo Banking Review: Available Payment Methods
In our opinion, Heart Bingo's banking services are pretty standard but safe! They offer a modest selection of trusted and secure options. However, it's worth noting that Heart Bingo doesn't disclose their deposit or withdrawal limits upfront, which I find a bit unusual. It feels like this information is intentionally kept behind the membership wall meaning you have to join to get this important information.
On a positive note, Heart Bingo does demonstrate their responsible gaming practices by showcasing their proactive spending limits on user accounts. They're very clear in the fact that they actively protect players funds in separate accounts, safeguarding them from insolvency. So when you deposit on Heart Bingo, you can rest assured that your money will be safe.
The site only accepts debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay, all of which are well-known and respected payment methods. The site is licenced by the UKGC, so you know they are held accountable by the government to ensure proper security and fairness. However, if you are looking for less-common payment methods, you won't be able to use them here.
Available Payment Methods:
Heart Bingo Payment Methods rating: 7 / 10
Heart Bingo Banking Review: Depositing
Depositing on Heart Bingo is easy through the site cashier. You can use Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, or Apple Pay, but these are the only accepted payment methods you can use on the site. Unfortunately, if you want to use Paysafecard, Neteller, Skrill, or others, they are not available on Heart Bingo. Despite the limited selection, Heart Bingo makes it easy to deposit.
You may need to provide evidence of your income depending on your spending; this is common across bingo and casino sites, and is designed to protect vulnerable customers. The minimum deposit is £10, which is standard, although some competitors do offer £5 deposits.
Heart Bingo Depositing rating: 7 / 10
Heart Bingo Banking Review: Withdrawals
Players can withdraw back via their debit card, or there is something called FastFunds withdrawal. When withdrawing by debit card, your money should be credited back to your card within 2-5 working days.
FastFunds works through Visa, and your bank must accept it for you to be able to use it. The great news is, FastFunds has your money sent within 30 minutes! This is far quicker than most competitors.
Heart Bingo Withdrawing rating: 8 / 10
Heart Bingo Customer Service Review
Although Heart Bingo is very straightforward to use, you may find yourself with questions or perhaps even a problem. If that is the case, you can check the FAQs for common questions, or get in touch to ask for assistance. There is live chat, you can request a callback, send an email, message via social media, or even send a text! This is truly the most comprehensive set of customer service options we have ever seen!
Heart Bingo Customer service rating: 9 / 10
Heart Bingo Available Support
Heart Bingo is friendly, warm, and incredibly modern. The red and white branding ties it in firmly with Heart Radio, and the variety and quantity of bingo rooms available is good. Although it’s disappointing that the bingo chat is only available in one room, the games are fun, and there are some really good jackpots to aim for.
Heart Bingo Overall rating for Heart Bingo: 8 / 10
